How long we keep information
We retain email addresses for as long as a user remains subscribed to the newsletter. Once the user unsubscribes – through the link in the newsletter – their email address is removed from the mailing list. Regarding the comments and their metadata we retain them indefinitely so that conversations on the website can be followed and maintained. Users may request the deletion of their comments at any time.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They processes subscriber data on our behalf including storing email addresses, managing subscriptions and unsubscribe requests and delivering newsletter emails.
They also process comments and display their content on the website including the information provided in the comment form, also other data may be collected like IP addresses and browser user agent data for spam detection and security purposes.
Sharing information outside the UK
